First, head to app.fleetclear.com, where you will find our sign in page.

Enter your email and password in the designated fields, then click ‘Login’.

ℹ️ If you have forgot your password, please use the ‘Forgotten password’ link and follow the steps to reset your password.

Once, you have logged in, the app will open on to the ‘Map page‘ this is a map of the UK with the location of your fleet.

There are 7 tabs available: Map, Events, Video, Dashboard, Assets, Drivers, and Reports. A sliding bar shows the current time and date. The Live View tab, which displays the current position of your fleet, is selected by default

To view your entire fleet on a specific day, click the date selection on the right to open the calendar. Choose the desired date, and the page will update automatically. Then, select your entire fleet by ticking the checkbox next to your company name

ℹ️ The time can be changed using the slider bar at the top.

Your ‘Profile’ is on the far-right hand side. There are 5 sub-sections (‘My Profile’, ‘User Management’, ‘Fleetclear Help‘, ‘Help Us Improve‘ and ‘Logout’) located within.

The ‘My Profile’ Page is shown below.

Here, you can update personal details such as contact number, name, DOB, units & asset name preference and profile picture.

ℹ️ After making any changes, make sure to press ‘save’ in the upper right corner to ensure changes a

User Management shows all users registered to your account and can be filtered by ‘Name’, ‘Email’, ‘Status’ and ‘Role’.

To sign out, simply select ‘Log out‘ which will sign you out of the account and return you to our sign in page
