The Assets tab will provide you a list of all your Assets. Here you can see the Asset name, registration, category, last online time, last location, last Driver, Division and vehicle type:

You can use the filter bar to search by Asset name or registration, Division, Vehicle type, year registered, make, model, fuel type or current location.

If you need to edit any details associated with an asset click the pencil icon in the actions column.

Once you’ve finished editing the asset information, click the update button to have your updates take effect. You’ll see a pop up on the right-hand side of the screen saying ‘Success, asset updated successfully’.

If you click the ‘view’ button underneath ‘update’, you will be taken to the asset details page.

Alternatively, from the asset list, you can click the actions ‘>’ button on the right hand side of the asset you wish to view. From the assets detail page you can edit the asset information, view live cameras, see the full journey, event, and video history for the selected asset as well as any service alerts you have set up for this asset.

If your asset is online, you’ll be able to view the live camera feed. If you click the ‘live cameras’ button on the right hand side of the asset details page, you’ll be taken to the live video tab to select which cameras you would like to view.

Journey, Event, and Video History

Whilst on the asset details page, you will have the journey history tab open. You can click the > arrow on an individual journey to view the detailed journey view (use the filter on the left to find a specific date & time):

From here you will be able to use the slider bar at the top to play through the journey and see the telematics data relevant for that journey.

If you navigate back to the asset details page, you can view the ‘Event history’ for this Asset:

You can use the filter bar to search for specific events:

You can use the filter bar to search by date and event type as well as search only for events within a radius of a postcode or location:

In the video history tab you can also see the video file list for the Asset. From here you can view or cache the videos from the file list:

You can also create and edit ‘Service alerts’:

Service alerts can be set up to notify users when the service is due.
