If the asset you are downloading footage from is online, it will take approximately 30 minutes to an hour before the video is viewable. The time will vary depending on the length of the footage and the number of selected cameras. If the asset is offline, the download will begin once it is back online.
You will be notified by email when the downloaded video is available for viewing. If you have multiple users on your account, the user who requested the footage will receive the notification.
Initially, when you download a video, its status will show as “In Queue.” This will change to “Processing” and then to “Ready to View.”
If you see “Download Failed,” click the info button in the Status column and select “Re-process” for any cameras that haven’t downloaded. This will restart the download process.
